Privacy policy
This Policy explains how Tetiana Tyshyk / BeWell with Tania uses personal data when you visit the site, buy ROUNDED or participate in the Telegram group.
1. Data controller
The controller is Tetiana Tyshyk, a sole trader trading as BeWell with Tania, 6 Wentworth Drive, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 2PB, United Kingdom. Contact: tettianafit@gmail.com.
2. Data collected
We may process your name, email, Telegram username and profile; order amount, date and status; correspondence, questions and group messages; form-check videos you voluntarily send; testimonials only with separate permission; and minimal security or operational logs. Stripe, not BeWell with Tania, processes full card details.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Contact and order data is used to perform the contract: take payment, provide access and support. Transaction records are retained to meet tax and legal duties. Minimal logging, fraud prevention and legal-claim protection rely on legitimate interests. Marketing emails and publication of a testimonial, photo or video rely on consent, which can be withdrawn for future use.
4. Health information
Do not send diagnoses or detailed medical records through Telegram. If you voluntarily share health information so that a safer exercise modification can be discussed, it is processed only with your explicit consent and only to answer that request. You can withdraw consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. Sources
Most data comes directly from you through Stripe, email or Telegram. Stripe also supplies payment confirmation and transaction information required to fulfil and record the order.
6. Sharing and processors
Stripe provides payments; Telegram provides group messaging; the website/hosting provider serves the site; and an email provider handles correspondence. Each receives only what is needed for its function. Other group members can see your Telegram username and group posts. Data is not sold. It may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, transfers rely on a UK GDPR mechanism such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards used by the provider. You may ask for details of the applicable mechanism.
8. Retention
Order, payment and accounting records are generally retained for up to six years. Enquiries without a purchase are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. Form-check videos are deleted within 30 days after feedback, or sooner on request unless needed for a legal claim. Telegram posts may remain while the group exists; you may request deletion where technically possible and no lawful retention reason applies.
9. Security
Reasonable organisational and technical measures include restricted access, secured accounts, strong passwords and using a payment provider rather than storing card details. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent. Email tettianafit@gmail.com; identity verification may be required.
11. Cookies and external services
This version does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Following a link to Stripe, Telegram, Instagram or YouTube is subject to that service’s policy. If optional analytics or advertising pixels are added later, consent will be requested before activation and this Policy will be updated.
12. Children
ROUNDED is not for anyone under 18. If a child’s data has been collected in error, contact us so it can be deleted.
13. Complaints and changes
You can first email tettianafit@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The date of the current Policy appears above.
